Seasonal Touring Terms and Conditions

Seasonal touring at Trevarth is adult only. All applicants interested in a pitch will need to arrange with us a face to face interview.

  1. Please read all the following terms and conditions carefully, and please do not ask us under any circumstance to bend, break or alter any of the following to suit your needs.
  1. Seasonal pitches are strictly for the caravan owners (the hirer and spouse) and immediate named family members only, this can only be your mother, father, son, daughter or a grandchild. Please note that they must be named at the start of the season no later than the 1st April, names cannot be transferred or added halfway through the season.
  1. A maximum of 6 named people (including the hirer and spouse) can use the caravan as laid out above. Named persons are only permitted to use the caravan for a maximum of 14 nights unaccompanied by the hirer.
  1. Named family members using the caravan must pre book in with us at least 24hrs prior to arrival, even if staying with the hirer.
  1. Caravans are not to be rented, hired or sub-let and are to be used for holiday and leisure use only.
  1. The pitch or usage of the pitch cannot be transferred to anyone else.
  1. Your seasonal pitch fee includes: Touring Caravan, Awning, 6 persons, 2 dogs and a set amount of electric (Super Pitches Only). The amount of electric included will be confirmed at the end of the 2022 season.
  1. Off site visitors are welcome but are not guaranteed entry. Their car if bringing one must be booked in and paid for in advance, we advise doing this at the point of booking as parking is subject to availability. Please note you can only bring a maximum of 2 vehicles per booking this includes off site visitors, we are unable to accept any further vehicles on park due to restricted parking availability. A maximum of 5 people in 1 vehicle are permitted to visit you (providing your group size including your visitors does not exceed 12 persons) between 9.00am and 21.00. Sorry no dogs or commercial vehicles are allowed. Visitor parking is charged at £21 per week this grants them access to the park between the stated times for the week, or £4 for the day with a minimum of 24hrs notice. Please note that children under 18 are not permitted to visit if you are staying in the adult only touring field.
  1. Pitches must be kept clear whilst not in use to aid pitch maintenance, wind breaks, aqua-rolls, electric hook-up cables etc. must be stored inside the caravan when not in use. Undersides of caravans must be kept clear. Please pick up rubbish etc.
  1. Dogs: A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome, but they must be kept on the lead at all times, even if sitting outside your caravan. Dogs must be exercised off the park, as we do not have a dedicated dog exercise area. Any accidents must be cleared up immediately by their owners. Children walking dogs must be accompanied by an adult. Dogs must be kept under control and quiet at all times.
  1. We do not under any circumstance accept commercial vehicles/vans etc. on the park.
  1. Noise: Visitors are expected to show every consideration to their fellow guests, so please keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 22.00 and 8.30am.
  1. Pup tents & Gazebos/Event shelters are not permitted.
  1. Raised BBQ’s are permitted providing they have a minimum ground clearance of at least 6 inches (15cm). Sorry no fire pits to be used or wood to be burnt on BBQ’s.
  1. Car parking is beside your caravan. Maximum of 2 cars only, second car chargeable at £4.00 per night or £21 per week. Second cars must also be parked on your pitch.
  1. Please leave the Toilet/Dishwashing facilities in a clean and tidy state after use. Children must be accompanied whilst using the Toilet/Dishwashing facilities. Persons found not to be treating the shared facilities with respect will be asked to leave.
  1. Taxi pickup and drop off at the front entrance by the road not up by reception, the same applies to takeaway deliveries.
  1. The speed limit on Trevarth is strictly 5 mph. The speed limit is in effect from the front entrance. Please make sure you do not exceed this limit as we do have children playing on site. If seen travelling too quickly please do not be surprised or offended if asked by a member of staff to slow down, if you are in 2ndgear you are going too fast.
  1. Insurance: Caravan owners bring their vans on site at their own risk. By bringing your caravan on site you accept liability for accidents to yourselves and or loss of, or damage to property within the caravan park. It is your responsibility to fully insure against fire, theft and third party liability. You are also strongly advised to insure your holiday in case you have to cancel due to sickness or any other circumstances.
  1. You must have at least one well maintained security device fitted to your caravan be that a hitch lock or wheel clamp. A set of keys for any security device must be left at reception in case we should need to move your caravan in an emergency.
  1. All rubbish not suitable for domestic dustbins must be taken off site by the caravan owner. This includes items such as toasters, duvets, broken chairs, wind breaks, surfboards etc.
  1. General waste and recycling: We provide bins for your general waste as well as recycling bins for glass, plastic, tins, paper and cardboard. Please recycle as much as possible. Bins are located at the bottom of the main drive.
  1. Awnings: Maximum width 2.5m. During the season awnings can be left in place while the pitch is not in use but this is at the owners’ risk, in the event of an awning continually collapsing or causing issue it will have to be packed away on departure of each visit. Awnings must, like the caravans, be kept clean at all times. Awnings must not touch the grass but be positioned entirely on the hardstanding.
  1. Trevarth Holiday Park shall not be liable in the event of advertised facilities or amenities, being unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of the owners.
  1. Trevarth Holiday Park disclaims all liability for loss or damage in respect of your personal property, equipment, vehicles, valuables or cash.
  1. Payment: A £250 deposit is required to hold a pitch, with the remaining balance payable by the 16th of February. Returning seasonal customers need to pay a deposit of £250 by the 1st November to secure their pitch for the following season.
  1. Please do not feed the birds with or without bird feeders as this encourages unwanted vermin.
  1. Seasonal customers are subject to the seasonal terms and conditions as well as the general terms laid out for all customers on our website.
  1. You must not cut, trim or plant anything on your pitch, (apart from grass if it is right next to your awning) Sorry no plant pots.
  1. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions will result in you being asked to remove your caravan and no refund will be given.
  1. Maximum stay of 28 consecutive days is permitted, at which point you must vacate the park for a minimum of 7 days.

Caravan Maintenance

Could you please ensure your caravan meets the following criteria:

  • Caravans and awnings are to be kept in a clean and tidy state.
  • All moving parts of the leg system must be greased and in good working order.
  • Tyres must be in good condition (not showing signs of perishing) and inflated to the correct pressure.
  • The hand brake, jockey wheel, tow hitch and moving handles must be in good working order.
  • All security equipment (hitch locks, wheel clamps etc.) must be maintained so that they are in good working order. (Please make sure we have a set of keys for your security equipment). Whilst Trevarth will use all due care and attention when removing or replacing such devices no responsibility will be accepted for theft or damage to a customer’s unit if such locking devices are not operated correctly by staff due to the poor condition of the device.
  • Please make sure all smoke alarms have good batteries in place or are removed to avoid unwanted noise whilst the caravan is not in use.
