Holiday Home Terms and Conditions

Holiday Home Information

Please note that all our Holiday Homes are all non smoking. We do not accept commercial vehicles/vans etc on the park under any circumstance.

  • Group bookings of 3 or more units (up to 12 people max) by arrangement only. (This includes any combination of Static holiday homes, touring vans, motor homes and tents. Maximum 12 people including infants). If you are joining/adding to a group that has already been permitted please call us on 01872 560266 to check the group size. Please note that regardless of how you book, be it separately or not, if you know people staying with us at the same time as yourselves you are considered a group. We are a very small park it is very obvious to us if you are part of a group. Unauthorised groups larger than 12 persons will be denied entry on arrival, or asked to leave without refund when discovered. Please read our refund policy below. 
  • Good Housekeeping Bond – Please note we hold a £75 refundable deposit to cover any unforeseen accident that may cause damage to our caravans, this also covers any caravan that is left in an unacceptable state at the end of the stay. This bond needs to be paid 7 days prior to arrival (a pre arrival email will be sent with all the information you will need to check in as well as a link to pay the bond). This money is then held in your account for the duration of your stay and is released 7 days after departure. Please note we do not charge for a missing teaspoon or a broken cup, we understand that accidents do happen. However if the caravan is left particularly dirty or a mattress has been soiled and needs replacing for example, we would then use some or all of this bond to cover the costs of both labour and replacement items. 
  • Customers with dogs staying in our Ash and Ash plus dog friendly holiday homes: We kindly ask that your dog is kept on a lead at all times whilst out on park and that any accidents are cleaned up immediately. Please do not allow your dog to sleep on the beds or the lounge furniture. Your dog must not be left unattended in the caravan. As the owner you will be liable for any damage incurred to the caravan by your dog. Sorry no dangerous dog breeds. Whilst we don’t expect your dog to be silent (we have 3 of our own after all) we do ask for the benefit of other guests staying on park that you try and keep your dog calm as to avoid constant barking that could upset other customers. Sorry we do not allow cats, birds or any other pets in any of our caravans including the dog friendly units.
  • Trevarth Holiday Park is ideally suited to small families and mature couples only, therefore we are sorry but groups of young people and all male or all female parties are not accepted.
  • Please bring with you, bottom sheet, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels and tea towels etc. Bed linen can be hired in advance.
  • Please settle the balance 6 weeks before arrival.
  • Linen Hire is available by arrangement at £12.00 per week for a double set and £12 per week for a single set. (Duvet cover, pillow case & bottom sheet). please note that linen hire is ran by an independent company which require a weeks notice prior to your arrival. Also under no circumstances are you to wash any of the linen, if you have an accident please report it to reception.
  • Free view TV, refrigerators, microwaves, full cookers, electric kettles, toasters and heating in all accommodation.
  • All gas and electricity supplied free of charge.
  • All caravans have one double bedroom and where applicable second and third bedrooms have twin beds.
  • All caravans have showers and toilets (No baths).
  • All our caravans are pet free except for the Ash and Ash Plus models, and all units are non smoking.
  • BBQ’s – Raised BBQ’s are permitted providing they have a minimum ground clearance of at least 6 inches (15cm). BBQ’s or any other type of open flame cookers are not to be used on caravan sundecks/balconies. Sorry no fire pits to be used or wood to be burnt on BBQ’s.
  • Our small camping field (Pitches 1 – 15) as of April 2022 is adult only, no children are permitted in this field under any circumstance.
  • Off site visitors are welcome but are not guaranteed entry. Their car if bringing one must be booked in and paid for in advance, we advise doing this at the point of booking as parking is subject to availability (we only have 6 spaces available for extra vehicles between 21 caravans). Please note you can only bring a maximum of 2 vehicles per booking this includes off site visitors, we are unable to accept any further vehicles on park due to restricted parking availability. A maximum of 5 people in 1 vehicle are permitted to visit you (providing your group size including your visitors does not exceed 12 persons) between 9.00am and 21.00. Sorry no dogs or commercial vehicles are allowed. Visitor parking is charged at £21 per week this grants them access to the park between the stated times for the week, or £4 for the day with a minimum of 24hrs notice.

Refund Policy

  • Please take out holiday insurance as refunds in part or whole cannot be made in any circumstances, in the event of cancellation, due to illness etc.
  • Refunds will also not be given in the event of being refused entry due to not complying with our terms & conditions on arrival.
  • If your online booking is not accepted at the booking stage due to not complying with our terms and conditions, a refund will be given but there will be a £25 admin charge.

Bookings

  • Midweek bookings for early and late season by arrangement.
  • Bookings will be held for 48 hrs pending the receipt of a deposit, unless within 6 weeks of the arrival date whereby we require immediate payment of the balance. Debit and Credit card payments are accepted.
  • Cheques are made payable to Trevarth Holiday Park.
  • Please take out holiday insurance as refunds in part or whole cannot be made in any circumstances, in the event of cancellation, due to illness etc.
  • Booking amendments: Should you wish to amend your booking a £25 admin fee will be charged.

Arrival & Departure Times 

  • The holiday homes may be occupied between 16.00 – 17.30 on  Friday or Saturday.
  • Late arrivals after 17.30 must notify us before this time to make arrangements. Please note we do not allow arrival past 21.30.
  • Please vacate your holiday home by 10.00am at the latest on your day of departure and leave the key at reception. Early departures please put keys through letter box. Please leave it clean and tidy. Thank you.

Holiday Home Booking Conditions

Please read all the following terms and conditions carefully, and please do not ask us under any circumstance to bend, break or alter any of the following to suit your needs.

  • The number of persons occupying a holiday home must not exceed the number of stated berths. Children and babies are counted as persons.
  • No smoking in any of our Holiday Homes.
  • The accommodation will be used only by those listed on the booking form. We must be informed of any changes to those persons stated, prior to day of arrival. Failure to do so may result in you losing your accommodation. Please note an admin fee is payable for amendments.
  • Equipment, such as seating, blankets etc. must not be taken out of the home. We regret that all breakages must be charged for.
  • Parents of young children are requested to protect bedding. We will have to charge for mattresses that are soiled.
  • In the interest of all our customers, ball and frisbee games etc. are not allowed by the holiday homes or in the touring fields regardless of age, this applies to all children aged 1 – 99 years old. A dog free recreation area is provided for you to play ball games.
  • Noise: Visitors are expected to show every consideration to their fellow guests, so please keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 22.00 and 8.30am
  • Cars must where applicable, be parked in the car park. Maximum of 2 cars only, The second car, this includes off site visitor cars  are chargeable at £21 per week.
  • Dogs: We do not allow dogs, cats, birds or any other pet in any of our caravan holiday homes, under any circumstances, except for the Ash and Ash Plus holiday homes, in which you are only allowed a dog. If you are staying in one of our dog friendly units please refer to the paragraph above in the holiday home information section.
  • We do not accept commercial vehicles/vans etc on the park under any circumstance.
  • A holiday home will be held until 22.00 on day of arrival unless prior notification is made, after which we reserve the right to re-let the accommodation.
  • Holiday homes must be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure.
  • Trevarth Holiday Park reserves the right to refuse any booking application, or to terminate accommodation, at its absolute discretion.
  • Trevarth Holiday Park shall not be liable in the event of accommodation or other advertised facilities or amenities, being unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of the owners.
  • Trevarth Holiday Park disclaims all liability for loss or damage in respect of your personal property, equipment, vehicles, valuables or cash.
  • Bikes, scooters etc. Are allowed on park, but can only be ridden on the main driveways. Bikes, scooters etc. Are NOT to be ridden on any of the footpaths and must not be taken inside any of our holiday homes under any circumstance.
