Trevarth is quite unique when compared to other parks, you won’t find regimented, uniform rows of caravans lined up like so many other commercial parks. Instead our park is laid out in a very relaxed manner with our caravans set amongst a more garden like setting which creates an intimate and relaxing feel to our park, which is often mentioned and appreciated by our customers.
Whilst our holiday caravans are laid out on park beautifully, they also come fully equipped with everything you need for the perfect self-catering stay, including flat screen TVs, microwaves, toasters, kettles and all the usual crockery and utensils. All have heating as standard, with the majority offering full central heating.
When we decide to buy new holiday homes for our fleet, we carefully select the best caravans that are available. With over 50 years experience running our quiet little family owned park, we know what we like as well as what works, and more often than not get the manufacturer to change the spec to meet our own requirements. This ensures we get exactly what we want in our caravans, and you get a great caravan holiday in Cornwall! This attention to detail does not end there, we take great pride in the cleanliness of all of our holiday homes. After the unit has been cleaned it is then meticulously checked by one of the family, to ensure it is to the high standard of cleanliness that we and our customers have come to expect.
Free WiFi is available across the park. Please note the WiFi is intended for web browsing, checking Emails etc. And not for streaming tv or gaming, whilst it is possible to stream tv etc it is not guaranteed. WiFi strength can depend on your caravan location as well as other external factors.

Good Housekeeping Bond – Please note we hold a £75 refundable deposit to cover any unforeseen accident that may cause damage to our caravans, this also covers any caravan that is left in an unacceptable state at the end of the stay. This bond needs to be paid 7 days prior to arrival (a pre arrival email will be sent with all the information you will need to check in as well as a link to pay the bond). This money is then held in your account for the duration of your stay and is released 7 days after departure. Please note we do not charge for a missing teaspoon or a broken cup, we understand that accidents do happen. However if the caravan is left particularly dirty or a mattress has been soiled and needs replacing for example, we would then use some, or all of this bond to cover the costs of both labour and replacement items.
